Biography
PhD in Business Management from Calcutta University, MBA from IISWBM, PGDM in sales and marketing from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, possessing 34 years of experience in CMC Ltd (merged with Tata Consultancy Services) in different IT projects in India, US, UK and Mauritius in the roles of IT consultant, project manager. He had also been associated with the education and training services of CMC Ltd. Dr Biswas is an honorary member of PhD committee of management department of Birla Institute of Technology, Kolkata campus. He had acted as guest faculty in IISWBM, Prior to CMC, he was associated with the World Health Organization (camp Kolkata) in their smallpox eradication project. He served for the office of the Director of Audit (South Eastern Railways) as an auditor. He has many publications in reputed national and international journals and authored a text book titled “Relationship Marketing: Concepts Texts and Cases” (Prentice Hall of India).
