Naresh V R Mutha

Biography

 I am currently a PhD student at the University of Malaya, under the Oral Microbiology and Computational Biology Program. My doctoral dissertation, which I expect to defend by October 2016, is on investigating transcriptional changes in Streptococcus gordonii in response to co-aggregation with other bacteria by use of dual RNA-Seq approach, and finds its impact on expression of genes. I also served the role of a Bioinformatician and programmer for the group.
