He has done his MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from Bangalore. (University Rank holder). He further pursued his advanced training in Orthognathic, Cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgeries in Bangalore. He did fellowship in Cleft Lip, Palate & Craniofacial Surgeries, BM Jain Hospital, Bangalore. Dr Gaurav has done certified course in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic laser from IITRAW, Delhi.
