Biography
Dr Suchitra Kaul Misra is a Doctor of Philosophy from Mysore University. The focus of her research has been therapeutic humor and its application as a powerful energy. She did her Bachelor of Arts with English Honors from Nowrosjee Wadia College. She topped her Masters of Arts and was awarded a gold medal in English Literature from Lucknow University. She runs a wellness centre in Bangalore called 'The Healing Garden' and her innovative wellness programs have been used successfully as a complementary method to promote health, cope with mental stress, aid in the healing process and significantly improve quality of life Dr Suchitra Kaul Misra is also the founder trustee of an NGO named Svavlamban which is engaged in providing educational aids to poor students to make them self reliant.
