Sethi Subi

Biography

Subi is responsible for driving excellence across various vertical and horizontal solutions. She is also responsible for leading continuous improvement, transitions and quality functions that promote business transformation and drive value creation for our customers. Subi brings 17 years of work experience in operational excellence across ITES and IT sectors. Prior to taking this role, she worked with Genpact for 14 years across varied leadership positions in functions like quality, transitions and operations. Subi has also worked with Xansa, Tata Infotech and the automobile sector. She holds an MBA degree from IMT, India and a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Delhi University, India
