Biography
Presently working in the areas of Operations Research, Statistical Pattern Recognition, Group Testing, Regression Analysis and Multivariate DataAnalysis. Also involved in many data analysis projects. Delivered lectures for refresher course at OU Academic Staff College, NIRD, Andhra University, Sree Venkateshvara University and Central University of Kashmir and Rajasthan. Former President, APSMS. Editor of and International journal in Agricultural and Statistical Sciences. Consultant to SPSS and PASW (Predictive Analysis Software) South Asia. Executive Editor for APSMS journal. Delivered an Invited lecture at 99th Indian Science Congress held at Bhubaneswar, Orissa during January 2012. Guided successfully around 12 students for Ph.D. in Statistics /Mathematics /Computer Science and 8 students for M.Phil. in Statistics and published around 90 research articles in reputed National and International Journals. Coordinator, UGC - SAP - I & II (DRS) projects since 2011 to present.
