Biography
Mr. Raghava Lakshmi Narasimhan is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Panacea Biotec Ltd. He retired as the Deputy Director General, Central Statistical Organization, to the Government’s Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation in New Delhi and has held various senior and middle level positions in various Government ministries. Prior to his positions with the Government, Mr. R.L. Narasimhan has worked with Hoechst Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Chennai, a multinational pharmaceutical company. His lies in the field of budgeting, data management, programme evaluation & research and marketing.
