Biography
Dr. Abhijit Ray has a broad interest on the earth abundant functional and semiconducting materials using low cost and non-vacuum techniques. The device applications are targeted to energy generation, storage and efficiency. Current research focuses on the thin film devices for photovoltaic and photoelectrochemical applications.
