Mr. Harsha Vardhan Ballapu has received his Ph.D in IC Engines from Indian Institutes of Technology, Madras, India. He is currently working as Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering in Mechanical Engineering Department at Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University.
