Biography
"Sanjay Chhibber obtained his Ph.D (Microbiology) Panjab University, Chandigarh. He was warded for European Communities Postdoctoral fellowship in the area of Biotechnology, year 1992 by Government of India, Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi. ï€ Visiting Professor at the University of Northumbria, New Castle Upon Tyne, UK from September 2006 to 2009. ï€ Fellow AMI by Association of Microbiologists of India 2010. ï€ Member, The National Academy of Sciences, Allahabad, 2015. his main research area include Bacteriophages: Therapeutic potential in treating burn wound and respiratory tract infections. Depolymerase enzyme and phage lysins: Their antibiofilm potential Novel delivery vehicles : Liposomes, Transefrsomes and Organo gels for Antigen delivery Metagenomic studies: On microorganisms isolated form cold habitats. "
