HE has total 18 years of experience out of which 13 years in clinical trials with clinical data management and project management as core role. Managing Phase I-IV studies through study start up - maintenance – finalization stages specialized in Vaccine, Neuroscience, Women's Health, Oncology, Infectious Disease and Nutritional studies. Mentoring, Setting up clinical trial protocols in both paper based and EDC environment, Framing Clinical specific guidelines . Lead a project team of 20-25 in various therapeutic areas.
