Biography
Ms. G. Jalaja is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having wide experience in Finance, Audit, Legal and Secretarial functions. She has been with E.I.D. – Parry (India) Limited (EID Parry) for more than 30 years. During her stint with EID Parry, she has worked in various capacities in the Finance function including Accounts, Treasury and MIS. She has immense experience in the M & A activities involving Acquisition of companies in India and overseas, Joint Ventures, Mergers, Demergers, etc.
