Biography
Prof. Preeti Nair has 9 years Industrial experience and more than 7 years of experience in academics. In her tenure of being in academia since 2008, she has been involved in teaching Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, Management of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Organizational Change & Development, Performance appraisal Compensation and Reward System, Strategic Management and Business Ethics & Corporate Governance. She has attended a number of national and international conferences and has publications in the research areas. She is pursuing her Doctoral degree from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad in the area of Teaching Competencies.
