Biography
Jim is responsible for PCL’s transportation infrastructure operations, operating out of PCL’s Raleigh office. He has been with the PCL family his entire career, starting as a field engineer intern in 1995, with increased responsibilities over the years from project to operational management. Jim received a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University and is a licensed professional engineer. He is actively involved in the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) and various industry organizations in North Carolina and Virginia.
