R K Khitoliya is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at PEC University of Technology. His Research interest includes Geotechnical Investigation & Materials Characterization for river valley & other infrastructure projects. Environmental Impact Assessment & Environment. He has a Life member membership in Institution of Engineers (India), Geotechnical Society of India, Indian Society of Engineering Geology, Indian Society for Rock Mechanics & Tunnelling Technolgy, Indian Socirty for Constuction Materials and Structures.
