R R Singh is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at PEC University of Technology. His Research interest includes Civil Engineering specially construction Technology & Management with highways & Structures. He has a Life member membership in FIE, MISTE, MICI. He has done a total of 5 projects since 2009.
