Biography
Dr.G.Velraj is the Assistant Professor of the Department of Physics at Periyar University. He pursued his M.Sc. - (Physics) in Annamalai University, Annamalai nagar,Tamil Nadu and Ph.D.in Annamalai University, Annamalai nagar,Tamil Nadu. His Area of Specialisation is Vibrational spectroscopy and Materials Science. He Worked as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow in the project 'FT-IR Micro spectroscopy and its applications' sponsored by TNSCST, Govt. Of Tamilnadu through Young Scientist Fellowship Scheme under the supervision of Prof. S. Umapathy - Department of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry , Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
