Dr. K. Maruthamuthu is the Assistant Professor of the Department of Commerce at Periyar University. He pursued his M.Com. in Bharathidasan University and awarded Ph.D. in Bharathidasan University. His Area of Specialisation : Human Resource Management. He is Life Member, Indian Academic Researchers’ Association.
