Dr. K. N. Jayakumar is the Assistant Professor of the Department of Psychology at Periyar University. His Area of Specialisation is Organizational Behaviour and HR Training & Development. He pursued M.A. in the year May, 2000 in Applied Psychology ( Industrial / organizational Psychology) from P.S.G. College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore and Ph. D in the year April 2016 in Organizational Psychology Determinants of OCB among IT employees in Indian Context at Periyar University, Salem, Tamil Nadu. He Associated Life Member of Indian Association of Clinical Psychologist
