Biography
Dr. N. Kayalvizhi is the Assistant Professor of the Department of zoology at Periyar University. She pursued M.Sc. and Ph.D. Her Area of Specialisation is Zoological conservation. She completed research projects in DST-Women Scientists Scheme–A (WOS-A) “Mechanistic action of bacteriocin in eukaryotic cells and its potential application as a drug’’ 21,56 lakhs (2013-2016). She is a Member– Board of Studies in Zoology, Periyar University
