Biography
Dr. S. Murugesan is the Assistant Professor of the Department of Botany at Periyar University. He pursued his M.Sc. in A.V.V.M. Sri Pushpam College, Poondi, Bharathidasan University Tiruchirappalli – 24 in the year April 2003, and Ph.D. in A.V.V.M. Sri Pushpam College, Poondi, Bharathidasan University Tiruchirappalli – 24 in the year March 2012 .His Area of Specialisation is Phytochemistry, Pharmacological and Pharmacognostical studies on Justicia gerdarussa Linn. Potential for Pharmaceutical Applications. He attended Recent Trends in Biological Research on 19th Febrary, 2004, A.V.V.M. Sri Pushpam College, Poondi 613 503.
