Biography
Dr.T.Poongodi Vijayakumar is the Professor and head of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at Periyar University.She pursued M.Sc. in Foods and Nutrition from June-92 to May 94 in PSG College of Arts & Science, (Autonomous), Coimbatore, Tamilnadu under Bharathiar University and Ph.D in Foods and Nutrition from December 2005 to December 2007 in Mother Teresa Women’s University Kodaikanal, Tamilnadu under Mother Teresa Women’s University. Her Area of Specialisation : Food Processing / Food Process Engineering / Food Technology
