Biography
Dr.M.Surya Kumar is the Assistant Professor of the Department of Management Studies at Periyar University. He pursued his B.Sc Bachelor of Science from Karpagam Arts and Science College,coimbatore affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and Doctor of Philosophy in Karpagam University. His Area of Specialisation is Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior. He acted as an organizing secretary for a 10-day orientation programme “Incubation 2016” by PRIMS, Periyar University.
