Dr.R.Parimalavalli is the Associate Professor of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at Periyar University.She pursued M.Sc, M.Phil. and Ph.D. Her Area of Specialisation : Designer Foods, Community Nutrition and Medicinal Plants.
