S.Thilagavathi is the Assistant Professor of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at Periyar University.She pursued M.Sc, M.Phil. and Ph.D. Her Area of Specialisation : Food Flavonoids. She is the member in professional bodies: Indian Dietetic Association Nutrition Society of India.
