Biography
Dr. R. Balagurunathan is the Professor & Head of the Department of Microbiology at Periyar University. He pursued her under graduation and he awarded Ph.D and M.Phil. His Research Areas are Industrial Microbiology / Bioactive compounds from Actinomycetes. He has 19 years of teaching and 19 year of research experience.
