Biography
Mr. G. K. Roy is Chief Operating Officer of Petron Engineering Construction Ltd. He resigned as Director - Operations, Whole-time Director of the Company effective March 8, 2013. He has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Management Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from USA. He has 30 years of experience in India and overseas for Oil & Gas industries, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical, Steel, Mining, Cements, Infrastructure and Construction of Industrial Plants as well manufacturing of plants equipments. His core competency includes Strategic Planning & Management, Profit Centre Operations, Budgeting, Financial Data Analysis, Business Development and Quality Management. Prior to joining PECL, he has worked with Al-Keiadiyoon contracting company Ltd, Saudi Arabia as Director (Operations), Al - Suwaidi Heavy Industries(suwaidi industrial services), Saudi Arabia as DGM/ COO, INMA Steel formerly known as Agap Arabia Ltd , Saudi Arabia .Kilburn Engineering Ltd., Gansons Ltd. and Texmaco Ltd.
