Recently gone to Pfizer Andover site (USA) for knowledge sharing and technical transform for Monoclonal antibody especially IgG2 Molecules. Experience in analysing Monoclonal antibody (IgG1 and IgG2) and recombinant proteins with different expression platform, having hand on experience in DTP and rabbies vaccine production,HPLC GC and HPTLC. HPLC, PCR,ELISA,rDNA technology from DH5 alpha Bacteria. Working on High throughput techniques such as Gyrolab for PK/PD and HCP estimation, iCE3 for charge variant analysis, LC MS for Intact mass by using Orbi-trap as an analyzer for both therapeutic proteins and Antibody. Cloning,Affinity chromatography, Anion exchange chromatography, Cation exchange chromatography(CEX) and Hydrophobic Interaction chromatography, Tangential Flow filtration(TFF equipment),Temperature control unit(TCU),Operation and validation of the Autoclave and DHS(Dry heat Sterilization).
