Andy Ho

Biography

Andy Ho joined Royal Philips in 2015 as Executive Vice President and became CEO of Philips Greater China in the same year. Andy is leading Philips’ transformation in Greater China into an integrated solutions provider, with a focus on the integration of professional healthcare and personal health. He has deep expertise in customer-focused organizational restructuring and is passionate about driving entrepreneurship and operational excellence across all areas of the company. He leads Philips’ collaboration and alliances among governments, innovation and technology incubators, universities and other businesses, so that Philips can help create a local innovation ecosystem to jointly reshape the future of health technology in China. Prior to joining Philips, Andy held a wide range of sales, technology and senior management roles across Greater China, Canada and the Unites States in a career spanning 32 years in IBM, where he had also been a member of the Technology Team Committee, and the Strategy Team Committee, Global, IBM. Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
