Biography
Jeroen Tas has over 30 years of global experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive in the healthcare, information technology and financial services industries. He was appointed to the role of Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer in February 2017, driving innovations in smart systems, software and services to improve people’s health, embedding artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things. He previously led the company’s Connected Care and Informatics businesses, demonstrating a passion to create new models of people-centric healthcare, based on the power of information technology. Prior to that, he was CEO of Philips Healthcare, Informatics Solutions & Services, overseeing digital health and clinical informatics and was the Group Chief Information Officer (CIO), leading IT worldwide.
