Dr.Lokesh Kumar Sahu is Associate Professor in department of Space and Atmospheric Sciences at Physical Research Laboratory.he honoured Certificate of Appreciation from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) in 2007and NASA Group Achievement Award in 2009.
Research Interest
Atmospheric chemistry and trace gases, precursors of ozone in the troposphere,Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and measurements using PTR-TOF-MS,Long-range transport of trace constituents,Hetero-phase process in the atmosphere and its implications on climate change ,Characterize the emission properties of trace constituents from various sources,Understanding the roles of reactive halogens in the troposphere and Photochemistry of non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) in the tropopshere
