Biography
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr. Sarna brings with him a diverse experience of over 25 years in areas of Business Development & Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Operations, Finance & Risk Management, Legal Contracting & Compliances, Investor relations, Corporate Planning & Reporting, Information Technology & Process Reengineering etc. Being associated with PI for nearly 20 years, he has held a number of senior leadership roles including that of Executive Director, CFO, CIO along with being an important facilitator at the Board and the Management Committee. Some of the key initiatives include development of export market for Company’s AgroChemical products, maiden private equity funding, investor relations and enhancing brand visibility with Financial Investors, setting up a robust Information Management System, establishing the Corporate Planning Cell. His current role focuses on strengthening the Custom Synthesis exports, evolving new business/partnership models, transforming R&D and operations to cost effective service models and strengthening Corporate Planning. He is also responsible for Business Development & Alliances with Global Partners for manufacturing and Export Business. He serves on the Boards of PI Life Science Research Ltd., PILL Finance and Investment Ltd. and Solinnos Agro Science Pvt. Ltd.
Research Interest
