Mr. Ashish Prasad

Biography

 As Chief Operating Officer - CC Division, Ashish is steering the company towards further development. Under his leadership, the Dr. Fixit brand is propagating a preventive approach to waterproofing and the brand has also won many prestigious awards. Ashish started his stint at Pidilite in 2011 as President – Strategic Initiative, where he strengthened systems and processes across divisions while facilitating talent building and capability development across the group’s managerial cadre. Prior to Pidilite, Ashish served as Director and CEO of IIJT, which aimed at ‘Skilling India’ in collaboration with TeamLease which received funding from NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation). Imparting vocational education with a fine balance of training and staffing integration, he envisaged the ‘Efficient People Supply Chain’ concept of Skilling India and scaled the cause to an all-India level. At the Aditya Birla Group Company, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of one of their retail companies. He was also the Head of Strategy and Business Development of the group’s fabrics and apparel division. Earlier, as General Manager at Coca-Cola India, he steered the first plant in the Coca-Cola system worldwide to attain water sufficiency by rainwater harvesting for which he received the Golden Peacock Environment Management award for noteworthy practices in sustainable development. Ashish is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad and Delhi University.
