Mr. Nitin Chaudhry

Biography

 With 23 years’ experience in Durables, IT, FMCG, Education and Media, Nitin brings fresh new perspectives with path-breaking ideas. Prior to Pidilite, Nitin spent 6 years at Hindustan Times Media as Business Head – HT Mumbai, where he turned the business around and established HT in the Mumbai market. Nitin started his Sales & Marketing career at Asian Paints, where he spent five years leading various Branch Operations at Chennai, Rajkot, Jabalpur, Indore and Jaipur. His last assignment was as Marketing Manager for mainline and premium ranges of decorative paints. At Compaq Computers, Bangalore, he set up their retail chain across South and East India, then moving on to work in various marketing, product management and business head roles with Compaq in Delhi. At Cadbury, Mumbai, he worked as the Trade Marketing Manager (BTL Marketing and S&D processes), post which he joined Hewlett-Packard in Delhi as the Country Manager for Commercial PCs where he was instrumental in making HP the market leader in this segment.After spending over 5 years in diverse roles including Strategy and Head of Emerging Business Unit, Nitin moved to iDiscoveri Education as Sr. Vice President to head the schools practice called XSEED. Nitin has completed his Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Punjab Engineering College and his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He enjoys cooking, eating, travelling and travelling to eat.
