Srinivas Chunduru

Biography

Srinivas Chunduru is Executive Director at Piramal Housing Finance. Srinivas has been associated with the Piramal Group for over 19 years and had several successful stints in areas as diverse as corporate strategy, M&A, investor relations, operations and has also managed large scale transformation such as Talent Transformation, EVA alignment, Balanced Scorecard implementation, Cascade of Purpose, Values and Strategy across various businesses of the group. In the recent past, Srinivas in his capacity as Global CHRO managed the Human Resources function globally for approximately 13,000 employees across Piramal Group’s diverse businesses - pharmaceuticals, financial services, real estate, glass packaging and foundation. Srinivas is an avid speaker and has shared his views on prestigious forums such as CNBC People Leaders Conference, TISS- CLO, and World Summit for innovation and Entrepreneurship. Apart from his role at the Group, Srinivas is extremely passionate about teaching and is on the academic Advisory Boards of several B-schools. He frequently mentors start-ups and is part of advisory boards of start-ups which operate in the skill development space. He is a Mechanical Engineer and MBA in Finance & Marketing.
