Biography

Responsible for all activities in program management. Experienced all the process groups of project management from Initiation to closure.  Initiating the activities for preparing RFP's provided by the BD team.  Project planning for on time in full delivery, cost, quality and scope control.  Monitoring and controlling projects with various tools thus ensuring that critical path milestones are achieved.  Address the challenges involved in various aspects of delivery of project.  Cross-functional interactions with R&D, analytical, PP, QA, QC, commercial, etc.  Risk analysis, scope change, cost management of projects.  People management, motivation, team building, individual goal setting, etc.  Present periodic project status updates, dashboard reports on the current program, future opportunities.  Ensuring project closure phase, handover/acceptance, post calculation and lessons learned.
