Biography
G. Seghal Kiran obtained Ph.D. from Bharathidasan University. She currently holds as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology, School of Life Sciences at Pondicherry University. She has 8 years of research experience. She has been Awarded for the Senior Research Fellowship (2008 to 2010) by CSIR, New Delhi; DST-Young Scientist (2010); EMBO Fellow (2011), University College Cork, Ireland; First Prize for Best poster Award in International Conference on Advances in Biological Sciences” (ICABS)” during March 15, 16 and 17, 2012 at Kannur, Kerala, India.
