Biography
H. Prathap Kumar Shetty obtained graduation and post-garduation from Mangalore University; Ph.D. from National Institute of Nutrition, Indian Council of Medical Research. He currently holds as an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology, School of Life Sciences at Pondicherry University. He has 14 years of research experience. He has been honoured with Young achievers award - World Bunts Association, Bangalore; DANIDA Research Fellowship, Denmark; 2000 to 2002: NIH Post Doctoral Fellowship, USA.
