Biography
P. Latha obtained Ph.D. from University of Madras, India. She currently holds as a Assistant Professor in Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, School of Life Sciences at Pondicherry University. Her research of interest includes Reproductive Biochemistry, Genetic Engineering, Phytomedicine and Male Contraceptive Drugs. He has undertaken some eminence projects Anticarcinogenic effects of an analog of curcumin: Delineating the molecular targets in comparison with curcumin, Studies on the protective role of genistein and resveratrol against doxorubicin induced cardio toxicity in rats and Studies on the protective effects of ferulic acid and vitamin E on carbendazim induced testicular toxicity in rats.
