Vipan Dhall

Biography

 Dr. Dhall is R&D head for Formulation business at Piramal Pharma Solutions. He leads the Early & Late-Phase and the Generics Formulations Development and Tech-transfer teams in UK and India and is passionate to lead projects from development to registration. He has been associated with Piramal since last 8 years and has handled various senior level positions in Product Development as Head of R&D and comprising Administrative and Technical Operations responsibilities. Vipan has led CMC for several projects for NCE / NDDS and generics and line extension formulations (super-generics). He is very passionate about identifying opportunities to meet clinical unmet needs so as to design and develop complex formulations for oral and peroral routes.

Research Interest

 Vipan is experienced to lead large cross-functional teams and to look after the P&L and business responsibility. He has 20+ years of international experience in formulations development of complex dosage forms and has been associated with renowned companies like Dabur, Ranbaxy, Patheon and Dr. Reddy’s in the past. He has done his Bachelor in Pharmacy, M.S. (Pharmaceutics), and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery from Delhi University, India.
