Biography

Mr. Vijay V. Panchdhane is working as Senior Programmes Officer with IIPH Gandhinagar. His areas of Interest are administration, project management, financial management, events management, monitoring, management information system, research onacademic programs. Vijay is a Ph.D. candidate at R.T.M. Nagpur University, Nagpur under Department of Business Management. He is post graduate in Commerce, Personnel Management, Industrial Relation, Human Resource Management, Economics & Computer Management. Previously, Vijay worked as Management Information System Officer with Clinical Epidemiology Unit, Government Medical College, Nagpur. He has worked on variety of projects - neonatal health, community welfare, medicines trials, nutrition, maternal and child development, clinical and field based trials, single/multi-centric studies across the country, etc. He has a long experience of supervision and research work; strong analytical and communication skills; knowledge of statistical analysis, budgeting and planning; and human resource organizational structures. He is able to handle huge database and has been involved in Quality Control Measures.
