Biography
Anoop provides strategic leadership for all HR functions at Pyramid, including organization development, performance management, recruitment, compliance, legal, employee relations, and benefits management. He has more than 18 years experience developing and implementing initiatives that have involved international operations management, process improvements, change management, project management, and P&L management. He has worked in a range of industries, from automotive manufacturing to IT consulting and technology services. Anoop earned an MBA at Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He is a member of the steering committee for SHRM Atlanta Staffing Management PEG; and, a member of the executive committee of Vibha Atlanta, an organization dedicated to helping underprivileged children.
