Biography
Harveen, a Post Graduate in Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology has been a part of the Info Edge group since 2002. Prior to Infoedge, he had a 7 year stint in the FMCG industry with Nestle India Ltd wherein he was a part of varied functions like Sales, Distribution, Dealer Management, Key Accounts Management, Sales Promotion and Marketing. Since 2003 he has been heading various verticals within Quadrangle before taking over as a Business Head for the whole division in 2005. Through these years he has transformed Quadrangle to a research and process driven organization with focus on hiring the best available talent for his internal team as well as external clients. Being a part of the headhunting industry for long he comes with a wide network of "High Potential" candidates across different industries, sound understanding of the recruitment challenges being faced by organizations and the growing importance of Talent being one of the key differentiators of successful businesses today. He and his high caliber team have been instrumental in growing Quadrangle to a valued partner of its clients and creating a mark in the Search and Selection space of India
