Biography
Pradeep Kumar heads the Technology, Management and International Division of Quadrangle Search. With more than 16 years of experience, he has been instrumental in front ending more than 200 searches across Leadership and Senior Management Levels within the Indian Sub Continent and Internationally. His expertise ranges across various Industries like Engineering, Technology, Telecom and Consumer as well as Start ups and new ventures. In his previous assignments he has been responsible for specific verticals heading the region for Manpower Inc. and ABC Consultants. He has been with Quadrangle since 2006 and has held location specific responsibilities before heading the respective business lines. Mr. Kumar is well travelled and a voracious reader of non-fiction books. His other interests are Human Psychology, Sketching and Writing. He holds an Honors' in Zoology with a Masters in Business Administration from VIT, India.
