Molecular Biologist at Quest Diagnostic pvt.ltd. Gurgaon. My name is Priyanka kumari, I am currently working as a Molecular Biologist at Quest Diagnostic pvt. ltd. GURGAON, INDIA. I have expertise in protocol for Molecular profiling of BCR ABL, PML RARA (BCR1&BCR3), Human Papilloma Virus, Hepatitis B Virus, Hepatitis C Virus, Herpes Simplex Virus 1&2,HLA B27, Mycobacterium sp. from the clinical isolates by using Real time PCR, qPCR, Nested PCR and Multiplex PCR. I am particularly interested in the molecular profiling of infections and oncogenic. To date, I have worked with some common types of infections like Human Papilloma Virus, Hepatitis B Virus, Hepatitis C Virus, Herpes Simplex Virus 1&2, Mycobacterium sp., H1N1,Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Influenza A & B. I have good hand on experience with animal handling like guinea pig and mice as I did research work on diabetic guinea pig in Mahavir cancer research institute PATNA.
