Biography
As a defense veteran Dr. Naresh Kumar has served in Indian Air Force for more than three decades. He did his masters (Political Science), M.Phil and Ph.D. from erstwhile Jodhpur University, now Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur (Rajasthan). He actively participated and single handedly organized a number of workshops and seminars; reflects the administrative and leaderships skills he possesses. Dr Naresh Kumar published five research papers and has many journals to his kitty. He also wrote a dissertation, viz., the state Governor and his Constitutional position in India. He has three years of teaching experience; it is mainly due to the fact that he became member of the teaching fraternity only after his voluntary retirement from the Indian Air Force.
