Biography
Dr. Preshita Neha Tudu completed her PhD in July 2016 in Stress Management (HR). An alumna of IIT Dhanbad, she has to her credit 13 papers in academic and current affair journals some indexed in Scopus, SCI/ SSCI (Thomson Reuters) and publication houses like Sage publication. She also has three chapters in books and one proceeding in IIM Bangalore. Her research area includes Stress Management and human Resource management; while her teaching area includes Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Planning and Human Resource Development. Apart from academics she has also been active in extra-curriculum activities. She was the first female to be selected as IIT-ISM JRF Representative (2014-2015) in IIT Dhanbad. She has also won several awards by CSIR and IIT for debate and essay competitions.
