Biography
she has six years of work experience in IT industry as a software developer and B2Bi consultant in India and abroad and three years of research and teaching experience. She has also worked on national level research and consulting projects as a Research Officer in Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi. She has authored and co-authored several research papers in national and international journals and has presented various papers at national and international conferences. Area of her teaching and research interest includes Business Intelligence and Analytics, Management Information Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning, Knowledge Management, IT Strategy, E-Business, Project Management and Operations Management. She is well versed with software tools like SPSS, AMOS and MS Excel.
