Biography
V. K. Kapoor is Vice Chancellor, Raffles University and Dean, School of Law since last two years.A seasoned Academician and expert of Criminal Law & Criminology and Procedural laws, Prof (Dr) V. K. Kapoor has completed his Legal education from Aligarh Muslim University. He has performed various administrative duties in different capacities like Director, School of Law, Provost of Hostels, chief Warden and member of all statutory bodies of University of Jammu, J& K. With above 40 years of experience in Academics, he has been instrumental in organizing various national / International Conferences, Seminars, International Moot Courts etc during his tenure.
