ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR -BIOCHEMISTRY/CLINICAL CHEMISTRY at RUHS College of Medical Science,Jaipur A fulfilling career as a teacher which would allow me to impart quality education and practical skills among the students and contribute as an able researcher in my specific field of study PROFILE * Administrator involved in planning of all MCI inspections and work related it as below: 1.Management of medical record room which essential part for starting any UG and PG course. 2. Filling of all form for LOI, LOP, Form A, Form B, Assessor Form. 3. Requirement for different other area like library, laundry, incinerator, Blood bank, Central clinical Lab, Central research Lab, Animal house. 4. A strong knowledge of all committees like Institutional ethics committee, Gender harassment committee, anti ragging committee, infection controls committee pharmaco-vigilance committee etc. 5.Very well known with all requirement and difficulties and pitfalls, which may cause failure in MCI inspection. I am also observing all problem and solutions to run a medical college at any level. * Senior academician/biochemist with over 3 years of experience in imparting quality higher science/medical education to a wider range of aspiring professionals of tomorrow. * Demonstrated skill to teach, motivate and direct students of BDS, MBBS, BPT & B.Sc. (Nursing) while maintaining high interest and achievement levels in a fun and challenging learning environment. * Innovative and experimental attitude towards Clinical Biochemistry teaching process, as well as towards the curriculum, developing student-centered, congenial learning techniques. * Facilitate and oversee investigations in Student’s Laboratory & analysis of biochemical parameters in body fluids using different instruments such as Olumpus AU 400,Hitachi-902 & Semi-automatic Erba-Chem-5, Elecsys 2010, Roche-1396 in Clinical Laboratory of Hospital. * A participant in External Quality Control Programme (EQAS) in collaboration with CMC, Vellore, India * Keep abreast of the latest developments in trends in my field and move in consonance with changing times. * Recognized for a strong and excellent academic background and knowledge of the domain area of study.
